We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Junior Marketing Executive to join our corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in communication and English language skills, a basic understanding of technology, and exposure to digital marketing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies for the company’s products and services.
• Support the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing projects.
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the team and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and trends to inform and enhance marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, corporate decks, and be able to write press releases when called upon to do so.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to coordinate the activities.

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years experience with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Basic understanding of technology and its application in the marketing landscape.
• Exposure to digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-learner and adapt to new tools, technologies, and marketing trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
