You will work on messages and campaigns while looking at the success rate. Beyond that, look at the feedback to enhance planning and execution. You will also support event management (online and offline) and partner marketing activities to improve engagement, loyalty, and motivation for growth. The successful candidate will be critical in supporting our team and helping us achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for prospect development (LinkedIn, Social media, Video Discussions, Referrals, etc.)
  • Ownership of Year-on-Year and quarterly marketing targets
  • MUST own up and deliver impressive customer addition targets
  • The position will develop paths for Front-end sales to enter into Revenue responsibility.
  • Support event and webinar execution
  • Research and recommend events in the various sales territories
  • Support event, webinar, and tradeshow sign-ups and logistics (online and onsite)
  • Ensure brand positioning, messaging, and solutions in the market are well represented at industry events as well as our brand-led events, such as customer conferences

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have hands-on experience in marketing Engineering for products in the past 4 to 6 years, preferably for international boundaries.
  • Should have hands-on experience and proven successes in the below activities specific to Smart Cities, Smart Health, and Industrial Automation 4.0
  • Lead Generation
  • Pursuits (Creation of Interest, delivering compelling plans & approach towards win)
  • Account Development / Mining
  • Developing long-term, impressive Clientele and multi-year streams
  • Ability and experience to connect at senior management levels of Client Organizations, especially product/project managers.
  • Should have good insights into market needs and positioning for Smart Cities, Smart Health, and Industrial Automation 4.0.
  • Ability to win mid-sized and larger clients in international Markets
  • Maturity, clarity, and experience required with senior connects in organizations
  • Should be capable of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing targets.
  • Must be a constant learner: Be ready to learn the latest technologies and adapt to more effective Client reachability.
  • Must be highly Agile and Resourceful
  • Must have a high level of energy and enthusiasm
